Any Ac-21 approval after NOID?????

Did USCIS ever approved any 485 case after they got the reply to NOID? Please post details here in case if it happened?

I replied to my NOID 35 days back. No change on case status (other than the msg received the response to our request etc...) though my PD and RD are current.

Wsih yoy best of luck for 485 process.
I have below queries.

Have your previous employer withdrawn your approved 140.
If yes, then as you mentioned your PD is current so USCIS will take your old PD even if 140 is withdrawn.

Please answer, have your lawyer given any feedback on above.
