AC-21 Job location

My LC says Dallas, TX or Vermont as location. Want to use AC-21 for a job in Atlanta. Does job location matter if using AC-21?

AC21 LOCATION ISSUE

I too have similar question. Can we change a job to a different location ( different STATE) with same job profile but less salary. Is there any rule regarding the salary should greater or equal the one specified in LC. Please Help?
