Hello,
Iam working as a tester. My sponsoring company is consulting company used substitute Labor to file green card title as Programmer Analyst. My I-140 approved and waiting for 485 from 1 year. Client proposes me to join in his company as permanent employee.
a) Iam not sure if the new employer will give a job offer stating Programmer-Analyst. He would give as tester. Will that cause a problem?
b) Previous company was from Illinois State and present working company is in Ohio State, salary mention in the labor was 85k/ annual. Present company was offered 80k/annual. Will that cause problem????
c) According to geographical area Computer Software Engineers, Applications Wages are showing 75% (78,900) under DOT Code 15-1031.00.Could you please explain about this????
