AC-21 Issue - Ginnu pls help

Hello,
Iam a DBA. My sponsoring company filed my Labor as Programmer Analyst. I have I-140 Approved and waiting for 485 for more than 600 days. Now due to retrogression, I wanna quit my employer and join new company.

a) Iam not sure if the new employer will give a job offer stating Prog-Analyst. He would give as DBA.Will that cause a problem?

b) Also, can I work on W2-hourly instead of permanent?
