Does anyone know How TSC is interpreting the
new AC-21 180 day rule, I believe according to some
prominent web sites, the employee is free to jump
companies within 180 days provided INS does
not adjudicate the case within 180 days, is TSC
interpreting the rule AC-21 this way?
Please relate your expreience/info. in such a case.
