My current employer has applied for my GC under EB-2 category. I am thinking of switching to another company using AC-21 (140 approved and 485 pending for more than 1 year). This new company has applied for GC for it's current employees with the same job profile under EB-3 category. I am not sure if this would have any impact on my GC being approved if I take the new offer.
