Apologize in advance if this has been addressed (if so I would appreciate letting me know where).
My question is related to documents other than the cover letter and the AC 21 letter (similar job description,salary,etc). Do we need to show any financial (or other documents) documents for the present company too along with these letters ? i.e. would your I-485 be in danger if you joined a startup with 15-20 employees where ability to pay may become a question mark ?
I would appreciate any input. Also would be useful if someone could list all the documents/letters one needs to attach when sending the initial AC21 letter to BCIS.
