AC-21. Do we need to inform INS using Certified Mail?

I changed my employer a few months back and sent the letter by regular mail.

Does anybody has any idea as to how it needs to be sent?
Do we need to send it by Certified Mail?

why did you send a letter? The law does not require it, and INS has not bothered to come up with the regulations in this regard.

Notify INS about changing job.

Are you saying that we do NOT need to notify INS if we changed job during AOS ?

There seems to be other postings which indicated otherwise.

Is this a voluntary action that attorneys tend to get adjustees to do, or is there a clear case that we NEED to notify INS?

Has anyone changed job without notifying INS, and still get approved?
