In your opinion whatsthe definition of Same or similiar Job.

According to BCIS Memo on I-485 Portability After I-140 Revocation
You can change job if "New Job Must Be "Same or Similar"

now for example if currently i am working as Tech lead can i switch to an Architect poition
of couce with similiar profile of analysis design ...
