Thanks to all good people contributing to this site, now I have to look for a different site to browse everyday(Sounds difficult after years of addiction). Anyway I will hang around to help people who are in similar situation.

ND- Sometime in November 2001
FP- Feb 2002
AP- 9/11/2002
I have used AC21 provision as I was laid off from the Sponsoring employee. I found another job with the same job description but with 15K less salary than my labor certification.
Initially thought I will not notify INS about my change in Employment, and that I will tell them in case of RFE( Especially since I lost my job before 180days). But my lawyer was dead against it, he said it is always better to be Honest with INS. He also said that if my case is denied there is always a chance to fight as INS is not clear about the AC21 rules. Another statement he made really assured me and made me confident, he said the I485 cases like mine are rarely rejected because INS do not want to have any law suits.
