AC-21 case approved

RFE recd by USCI :28july
Changed job after 2 years of 485.
Approved 485 on 27th aug 2004.

I myself replied to RFE with AC-21 letter, last 2 month pay stb and letter from my new employer. guys frankly dont pazy lawyer money if your case if strainght forward.

It seems they don't send all AC21 cases to local office. Did you inform to BCIS of your job change? What is your ND for I-140 and I-485.

I have heard, BCIS comes heavy on AC-21. They don't approve those cases easily.

my - i140 was approved in 2000. i dont know the exact date. i didnt file for 485 untill 2002.\\no they approve ac21 , if the case is straight forward.
If you provide proof of employement and pay stubs and w2 .
