I have a question. I will be going for AC21 and changing jobs soon . However, I also need to bring my parents to US and hence have to apply for visitor visa.
Will going for AC21 pose a problem or what documents should I produce as evidence for my legal status in US since my green card sponsorship papers would show my original company and the employment letter would show the new company.
