AC-21 and urgent AP required..Help

Hello,

I was working for company A which started my GC process.
I joined company B and still company A continued my GC

Compnay B moved me from NJ to Chicago in July 2003

I changed address and sent AR-11, Applied AP RD 01/21/2004 ND 01/27/2004 with Chicago Address

I-485 RD 06/11/02 ND 06/14/02

Recently I resigned company B and joined company-C (in B and C I accepted full time offer)

Company C is in NJ. Changed address by calling INS. Sending AR-11

Invoked AC-21 and sent the letter to INS

Now, my new employer wants me to take an official trip to Germany(Mar 14th). I do not have AP. Employer gave me a letter justifying travel to Germany addressed to Newark INS office.

I called INS(VCS) and explained them my situation.
The lady asked me to fax the letter with a request letter to expidite.

I want to try for a walk-in AP at Newark on Monday.

Can some one help me explain what I need to take and please post your experiences if you went through similar situation.

Is there a chance to get walk-in AP? Will they allow me inside? what time I need to be there? What all I need to take?
