AC-21 and liability agreement

My new employer asked me to sign an agreement before they can proceed to the AC 21 portability filing.

Basically, it says there are inherent risks with AC21, my GC might be denied because of using AC21. And the responsibility is solely mine if that happens. And the employer cannot be responsible for the damages done to me and my familiar due to the denial of GC.

Should I sign the agreement? I guess I don't have choice if I want to get my GC. How risky is AC21?

Thanks,

no employer/lawyer ever can assure GC, your question is....

Yeah, I understand that my GC is not a guarantee. However, why they want me to sign an agreement to explicitly to release them any responsibility in case my GC is denied?

why do you want to file AC-21 letter

Why do you want to file it. You can as well wait for an RFE and file it then. Why do you have to do it now?

much ado about nothing

after 180 days AC21 it is about you and similar job, not the company, unable to understand what the problem is in signing the letter???
you should be happy that they at least are aware of AC21, how could you even hold them / any company responsible at all
