I have a question. What if you get your labor approved today, and of course your date are retrogressed. You file your 140, it's not adjudicated (i.e still in process) and suddenly your date is not retrogressed, Can you file I-485??

Or you have to wait for your I-140 approval (in that case you would wait if your date is near and file simultaneous 140 and 485)

I think you can file for the I-485 with the I-140 receipt notice.
