AC-140ers !!! Pls. help !!! If your file is in the consulate system

Does that mean they have acepted the case for AC-140 ??
When and how will I know deterministically if they have
accepted my case ?

They will send an email to your lawyer mentioning the case # as soon as they enter the case in their system.

my lawers havent received anyting yet..

But its in their system..I dont know if it is accepted or not.

do you know its there in consulate\'s system?

If it is so, then ask them for your case #. Receipt of packet through Fedex/UPS/etc.\'s tracking does not mean it is in their system.

It takes about 5-7 days for them to enter the case once it is received. Call the consulate and try to get your case #.

I attached with the packet.DOes that mean, its accepted
already or they can still reject it later ??
