I am currently on H-1 visa in USA. My mothers going to get her family based greencard(shes in india right now) in F4 category. It was applied long time ago and I was also included in the application. However, now I am above 21 and hence not eligible to get a greencard based on her application - from what I understand. However, I heard that they have changed that rule somewhat and now theres a provision to give me permanent residency once my mother gets it. Any thoughts, insights, experiences, advice will be appreciated ?
