About visa Rev at Canada

Hello,

My husband is going to apply for H1 extension based on 1 yr labour in August through premium processing.

We have our last visa stamped till Oct.

Now my question is if we go to canada for visa stamping in Sept before our visa stamp expires and if we are rejected could we enter US based on the previous stamp which is till Oct.
We have our first visa stamped in India i.e both ,his H1 and my H4

Could anyone give me the link for US counsulate in Canada. I tried to search.

Is there any chance that DOS will reopen the visa revalidation services here in US again.
 
normally when you apply for a new visa stamp, the old stamp is cancelled by writing cancelled without prejudice, so it cannot be used for reentry.

As for DOL starting revalidation again... it might be some time if ever, they will need to set up something regarding biometric requirements. I dont think providing convenience for non-immigrants is their priority.
