My spouse became a US citizen 2 days ago, I am on a H1B visa , i have an approved i-130 applied based on LPR status of spouse
I am about the send my I-485 package along with I-131 (AP) and I-765(EAD)
Could anyone please let me know if i am missing something?
Form I-485 Packet and Supporting Documents:
(Application for Adjustment of Status)
1. Payment in the amount of $1070.00 check made payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
2. Form I-485, signed and dated.
3. Photocopy of Notice of Approval for I-130 Petition (I-797).
4. Photocopy of Naturalization Certificate of Spouse
5. Form I-693 sealed envelope from Civil Surgeon.
6. G-325A form, Biographic Information Sheet.
7. 2 Passport Size Photos with name and Alien# printed at the back.
8. Copy of Birth Certificate.
9. Copy of current Passport and current H1B Visa Page, Copy of old passport
10. Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)
11. Copy of Marriage Certificate
12. Employment Verification letter
13. Form I-864, Affidavit of Support – signed and dated by Spouse
a. Employer letter for sponsor
b. 5 most recent pay stubs of sponsor
c. Most recent bank statements (5 months)
d. Tax returns from 2008, 2009, 2010
e. Tax transcripts from 2008, 2009, 2010 (Filed as Married-Joint)
f. Biographic page of Passport of Spouse
g. Copy of Birth Certificate of Spouse
h. Employment letter of myself
i. 3 most recent pay stubs of myself
j. Biographic page of Passport of Myself
k. Copy of birth certificate of myself.
l. Copy of Naturalization Certificate and Marriage Certificate.
Form I-765 Packet and Supporting Documents: (Application for Employment Authorization)
1. Form I-765
2. 2 Passport size photos with name and Alien# printed at the back.
3. Copy of Passport
4. Copy of Form I-194 (front and back)
5. Copy of current H1B.
Form I-131 Packet and Supporting Documents: (Application for Advance Parole)
1. Form I-131
2. 2 Passport size photos with name and Alien# printed at the back.
3. Copy of entire passport.
4. Copy of Driver’s License
5. Copy of I-94 (front and back).
6. Copy of current H1B.
Please let me know if i am sending too much documents...
Also i am planning to send 3 sets of documents binded together by those large binder clips. (I-485) , (I-765), (I-131) , is this ok?
Please let me know if its good enough?
