I got my I-140 approved recently but cannot file for I-485 due to a priority date not being current. While I wait, I am getting promoted to a higher job title with higher pay (but the job routine will be pretty much the same).
Will there be any issue with the promotion? Do I have to report this to my lawyer and/or USCIS ? Any gotchas? Thanks!
