I am working for a small non-IT private company. My position is one and only such position in the company. The existing job description asks for BS with 5 yrs experience. I meet all the requirements.
Due to salary concerns, I will have to use an alternative salary survey for LC.
Do you see any red flags with lower salary, but BS with 5 yr experience? The employer's explanation of such job requirements is that a small company can't afford to train people on the job.
