Hi, I want to know if i can write all my full name in capital letters like in passport or not ? example: HOSAM AHMED ALI or it should be Hosam Ahmed Ali and the second thing is phone number should i leave space between the international code and the local code or not ?example: 00202xxxxxxxx or 002-02-xxxxxxxxxx. thanks.
