about the INS tracker....

i have been checking the status of my petition through the INS tracker on-line. unfortunately, there is no status at all. is there anyone that has the same problem like this

Is your application been filed at a service center or an INS District office??

Only those applications that have been filed at the INS Service Centers with a 13 digit case number can be tracked online at this time.

To get a status on your application filed at a District Office please visit your local INS Office

i sent my petition for my mom I-130 in Texas Service Center.
i received a notice letter and i have the 13 digit reciept number too. i received this in march of this year.

Looks like they havent done much on your case.

try calling the service center and speak to an Immigration Information Officer if you can.
