About the 150-180 days limit on NSC I-140

3/17 - filed I140 to NSC
6/01 - Requested further evidence
7/17 - Confirmed received the needed info.
Per their online tracking, an I140 maximum allow 150 to 180 days to process. At this point, should I use the 3/17 date or 7/17 date as the start date?

HOw much longer do I need to wait?

I don't know but it just said further evidence on the tracking site. (my company is a big freight forwarding company and it has no problem to sponsor me).

Do you know the quoted 150-180 days are ticking from the original submission date or from the re-submission date?

The 7/17 date. Any time USCIS sends a RFE they will reset the case counter back to begining and start counting the processing date from there onwards
