About Second OPT?

I am an Indian Citizen, came to USA in 2005 on student Visa(F-1) for my Masters in Engineering and graduated in May 2007. I have started working on my OPT (Optional Practical Training) from June 1st 2007 and the employer filed for a H1-B visa that started from 1st Oct 2007 (that means I have used just 4monts of my OPT).
I have continued to work on work visa till August 2009 and I have changed my status back to F-1 visa for my Second Masters (MBA) from a different university from August 2009. I am now planning to graduate in May/Aug, 2011.
My Question is "Will I be eligible for Second OPT, Can I apply for it again?"

Please help me.

Don't mark my words on this but I am pretty sure that OPT is granted "ONLY ONCE" per degree level. That means you can get 1 OPT for Bachelors, 1 OPT for Masters and 1 OPT for Doctorate. Since you have used up OPT for Masters, you cant apply for it again from a program at the same level. Again I am no legal expert. Just take it at face value.
