About RFE

I talked to a Lawer about my RFE I-602 (Waiver) letter which i recived from USCIS------You have been found to be Inadmissible, or Ineligible for Adjustment of status, under Section 212 (a ) (6 ) (C ) (I ).
"Misrepresentation"----
He suggest me on my Statment i have to to explain USCIS about (EWI) Entry without Inspaction.
As a matter of fact he told me the statement would be 1 page or may be 2 page. And also i don't need to send USCIS any Tax report, Job letter or any other document-- I am little confused now.

I do not know what you should do but I'm EWI as well. So keep us informed pls,if you learn something new about I-602. USCIS sent my wife an RFE but we are still waiting for it. I 'm sure it is the same as yours. Good luck with your stuff.
