I'm here on B2 visa on medical grounds for a while now(many years), and my visa has been extended every six months without interruption based on continued medical treatment reasons. For my last extension, they sent me an RFE requesting among other things, a "record of applicant's non-filing of income tax return from the Internal Revenue Service from the time the applicant was admitted to present". I have no way of filing a income tax return because I earn no income and cannot earn any income, and I have filed nothing with the IRS at anytime. I don't have a SSN. How do I get proof from the IRS that I did not file any income tax return. I searched their site for any such forms or procedures and couldn't find any. Can someone please let me know any info about this?
