About RFE and Tax filings

Just curious to know, will it make any difference if the address on the tax filings or pay checks is
different from the address on the (labor, I-140, I-485, EAD, AP) filings.

Most of us wouldn't be able to answer this question because we don't know how IIOs issue RFEs, still some of us will be itching to give their opinion ( like me :)).

It seems it all depends on the judgement of IIO and if he finds it suspecious . There is nothing in law that you can not have different addresses on different applications (except the new enforcement that you should inform them within 10 days).. so you might get an RFE if IIO notices this and finds it suspecious.

Or.. you might get approval without any hitch. hope for the better (and prepare yourself in case you get an RFE)
