About Receipt in NJ....PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Hi,
Thanks in advance....

When i checked on Forums,for the documents
to file for 7th year extension,they are mentioning "Receipt
after filing LC".when i enquired with my lawyer he is
telling that in New Jersey they WON'T PROVIDE any
receipt.Is it TRUE.

I applied for 7th year extension for my H1 as my LC is pending in NJ for more than a year. Lawyer had sent the some receipt , i dont know what but lawyer has something which he sent with my application. My h1-b approved on march 10.

Lawyer writes to NJ-SESA and receives any kind of reply. That is send for H1B extension. It could be a fax or preprinted letter.
 
so you want me to ask my lawyer,to writes to NJ-SESA,
Do you how much time it takes to receive reply?
