We did our passport stamping on 27 April at Baltimore local INS, because in between I-485 approval I moved from FL to MD. AS I know in most of the cases it take 1 to 3 months to get the plastic card, but somwhow so far we have not recd. our platic card. So if I have to contact to INS about getting my plastic card, I have to contact TSC, is it right, if not pl. lwt us know to whom we should contact. Pl. post your expereince about getting the plastic card. Many thanks.
