?? about PCC @ Chicago Consulate

Folks:
My spouse and I, have applied for our PCC at Chicago Consulate on August 24th. My passport was issued from Chicago, whereas my spouses passport was issued from Mumbai RPO.
I was under the impression that if your passport is issued from Chicago, the consulate sends you the PCC in two days.
Can someone enlighten us, as to how much time does the consulate take to issue PCC.
Would appreciagte response from all folks with similar case.

Hi Bapa,

Generally if ur passport is issued in US, it shouldn't take more than two days to get ur PCC. Maybe u should talk to the Chicago consulate and in that way, they might send ur PCC soon, but maybe the consulate bundled with ur spouse's passport, that might take about 30-45 days to get PCC.
