I called Customer service center a month ago to update the address on the case. They said I am going to receive a confirmation letter at my new address and if I don't, I can call back. Since I didn't receive anything within one month (which is not surprised), I called them again last friday to check if the address updating went through. CS said they will send me another confirmation letter in a month. I just received an email today regarding the case status, it said:
Current Status:
On August 27, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

Is it normal?
