About Name Check

Can somebody tell me is it true that everybody will have to have the name check process? Even without chaning your name before and after marriage?
Maybe it is a stupid question, but still I want to ask. hehe, thanks

Make a search over the internet on over this forum.

All immigrants information must undergo a name check, fbi check, you name it, all kind of security checks. The most problematic is the name check that can take awhile for some individuals.

You will know at your interview if you are clear by that time.
