About I-485 form.

Hello folks, first of all I have to admit that you guys have been very helpful to me, words fail me to express my thankfulness to all of you. As I posted a few days ago about whether it was necessary to hire a lawyer for I-485, I've just found out that I really don't need any.
However I have a question if you don't mind suggesting what I can do. I'm filling form I-485 and there is some questions which confuse me.
1- Date of first arrival?
2- I-94 #?
Do you think my date of arrival is the date I was approved for asylum or just the date when I came here as a visitor?:confused:

Which I-94 number should I use, the one which was given to at the porte of entry or the one I got through asylum?:confused:

Date of arrival: Date yu came here as a visitor.

I-94 number: The one which was given at the port of entry.

Did you include a I-765 and I-131 and paid only $1010 ? Please share your experience. I'm mailing my application on tuesday I knew I could include I-765 but to tell the truth I didn't know if I could include a I-131
 
you can include them now "on tuesday" or you can send them later provided with a copy of your I-485 FP letter.
