I am a foreign medical graduate, I am appling for residency this year, my question is if go for J1-vias now can I go for H1B vias during waiever period because I am already in H4B visas for 5 yrs 3 months and I have 9 month in hand. so, during that period for how long I will get H1B visa that time, will they count in that way like 9 month or which way ?
