About EAD for my wife

Can I apply EAD for my wife without getting my lawyers involved. ie. Can I get the application form fill it myself and apply with the INS along with the draft for whatever money. Any input would be appreciated.

I did the EAD renewal myself, without a lawyer, to save a few bucks(-:
You need to order an I-765 form from INS (it\'s free) which include a signature card and filing instruction. Send two photos, $100 check, and the copy of your I-485 receipt notice. I think that\'s it.
