about e-filing

I have heard some rumor that if I do e-filing, the case will more likely ends up in TSC. (one explanation is that e-filing cases are easier to be transferred between USCIS offices).

Anyone can share some light on this?

I e-filed on Oct 23rd, and my case was transferred to TSC. However, I don't know if all the e-file cases are being transferred to TSC, probably not. The CIS must randomly send cases either to NSC or TSC.

I remember I heard an argument that e-filing has higher probability of being transferred to TSC because the transfer is easier. Not sure if it is true.

If more people are replying, maybe we can get some statistics.

Does anyone who did paper filing get transferred to TSC?
