I think this year the NL's will come a little bit later than the last years. I mean here we are, end of April, and there are no massive number of NL's reported outside of US. And this time last year there were a lot of people who got NL's in Europe and other continents.
It was May when I got my NL. I know many others who got their NLs before me. I do not know in which order NLs are being sent but based on last year's information and taking into consideration the time I received my NL, there can still be time for people from Europe who applied for green card. There may also be others who got their NLs after me. I think there is not a fixed time. Also the NLs are being delivered by mail, so the time you receive your NL may differ according to the region you live in your country.
Is it by region or by Country?
Because I know that not many people from my country apply to the DV lottery, perhaps thats why I got to NL's? We are all from Panama.
So the NL's will keep coming until May? Hope I still have a chance.
They come by region, the more that apply the harder it is to win. Take a look at the Nigerian threads on here there are millions of them applying for GC’s total madness when only 3500 are available in any on year via DV, getting selected and getting an interview from such high applicant countries is a minor miracle if you ask me. If you were from one of these high applicant countries this really reduces your chances of getting a GC via DV.
I guess that's why out of the 5 entries I submitted I received 2 NL's. Not that many apply in South America, even less in my country.

Anybody can answer this question ? I appreciate to know too.If my NL is lost on transit, is there any way KCC can send me another pack? Again, if I lose my CN, is there any way I can continue processing my visa?
