My NIW case in CA's PD is Sept. 13, 05. I noticed that they have already processed all cases before Sept. 21. But my case status remain unchanged in screenshot and my lawyer got nothing so far. I saw they processed my case on Feb., 18.
Anway, status is still unchanged, i.E., pending. Since I am doing military related research, do you think it is possible they are doing a background check on me thus my case will be delayed? Anyboyd in same boat?
