I got an RFE asking for a copy of my dad's birth certificate and the traslation, but when I send the application I did sent those documents.
the thing is that my dad's birth certificate looks really weird, it does not says anywhere that is a birth certificate, is just a very strange like a description and says my grandfather is presenting alive this babby name this and that, etc. but it is in fact a birth certificate . my dad was born is a really small town were they used that as a certificate.
anyway, I'm afraid if I sent a copy of this one again I et a denial because this is not the paper they are looking for and at the same time I heard cases when people send all the documentation and they ask for it again for reasons we don't know
