About an I-94 and I-130...

Hello, Thank you for your answer to this question that is very important to me. Do you speak spanish? Because that way I could explain myself better. The main question is that I am asking about returning my I-94 permit (which expires at January 20th) to an immigration officer because I don't think about going back to Kansas, Missouri? (where my brother -who is an american citizen- filed an I-130 Form for me at September 27th), now I'm in El Paso, Texas, where my mother lives - she's an american citizen too-, and could I use my lasser visa to cross the border Juarez- El Paso?. But I wonder what about when Immigration's appointment happens, I won't be able to go to Kansas, because I won’t have a current I-94 permit. Or returning my I-94 permit won't affect my pending status (I have a case/receipt number, I have not had any appointment yet).
That's why I was thinking about changing my address here to El Paso, but an immigration lawyer told me that I could leave my brother's address (he sends me every letter, notice or whatever I’d receive), the lawyer said that this immigration appointment would be in an American Consulate, located in Juarez, Mexico.
By the way, my home telephone number is: but I think that if you call me, we would talk better. I'm not working so whenever you call me, will be OK.
Thank you very much.

Emilio,

Remove your personal information (phone, email, full name) from this post. It is not a good idea to share sensitive information over the internet, specially not on a public forum.

tronar,

I'm assuming you're over 21, would that be correct? I hope you're aware that immigration through your brother or your mother generally speaking will take about 12-15 years.

Can you still use the laser visa for crossing the border, and does it give you legal status in the US, after you have declared immigrant intent?
