Does anyone know that with Advanced parol after I get LC, it can give use 100% percent guaranty to come back to US from foregin country without any risk even if our H1 visa was rejected?
I have never left US since I got H1 visa last May.
What you say is true, but if there are some issues at the I-140/485 stage, and if your application gets rejected etc then you need your H-1 to fall back on
