About 20K H1B for M.S/Ph.D.

Can you please tell me if you or anyone you know got their H1B application already approved that was filed after May12th 2005, under the new 20K quota for FY2005 ?
I trying to get an estimate how long it is taking to get the approval. Please help.

My husband just got his offer this week, the HR hiring manager told him that the 20K quota has been used up in 2 days since it started on May 12.

We will have to wait for next years' H1 quota.
 
Really?

USCIS has not come out with any official announcement saying the 20000 cap has been reached.

Seems kind of odd.
