Ability to PAY

Hello

We have 11 employees in the US. 2002, we had 2 m$ Gross rcpt/sales and 1 m$ Total incomes.

Anyway, the profit of our company was minus. In this case, do you think there is any problem in ABILITY of PAY ?

The headquater of my company is in UK. We have sub-sidiaries in China, Canada.

Financial history of the company makes lot of difference. Has the company been profitable at all ?? Was loss onlt the last year. Company does not need to have proficts. But company should have positive cash flow to survive longer. But I think there is no strict rule that company should have profit or have this much money.
These things are in gray area and can be argued.
Thats why we have attroneys rigt ?? :D :D
