How often do people get RFE on Ablity to Pay?

I am currently getting paid what is in Labor Certification, but was getting 5K (6%) less in the previous years. What are my chances of not getting an RFE?

It's similar in my case. I don't think ability to pay has anything to do with the previous years' wages. You may want to take a look at the attached pdf file for more details.
 
Bottomline As long as your company is maying money to overcome diffrence you are ok.
