I am working as a software professional on H1-B status for company A.
But I started my GC process in 2002 with company B as ‘future employee’.
My LC approved in 2005 may.
My preferred wages are 75K in LC.
Now I am filing for 140 and 485 .
But company revenues are very less in 2002 and 2003.
Now my question is
Since company revenues are very less in 2002 and 2003,
What documents/supporting letters are required to show the ‘ability to pay ‘ to the future employee?
I delayed filing 3 months already.
