Hi guys,

President Bush spoke this morning on Comprehensive immigration Reform . Important points in his talk

-Border security
-Having temporary workers program
-increase of Green card if the queue is very long
-illegals will be behind the legal queue

Thanks. Unfortunately, Mr. Bush is now considered a lame duck by his own people and congress. At < 30% approval rate, whatever he says can actually revert and work against us.

Hi USCIS_GC_APPRO,

Don't loose hope. GC should not drive us and we skilled folks, can go anywhere in the world if there is an inordinate delay in getting GC.

President Bush needs some rest

No other president could do much better than him with current situations. But he does not know how to defend sentiments of millions of American people. Hence deserved to have a low popularity rate. US needs a stronger leadership who can defend borders aggressively (atleast who can speak up to that target).

In fact, temporary workers program is not an emergency and there should be a long term organizational solution for these kind of issues.

USA needs a separate body just like USCIS but more powerfull exclusively for illegal immigrants which can deal with strong borders, employers who hire illegals and GC process for all undocumented workers. With vast potentiality of illegal immigrants and their employers, it will not be very hard to fund and function that way. But why should they mix and spoil legal immigration system and over burden already burdened USCIS ?

Instead of looking straight into long pending problems, he is trying to mix legal, illegal immigrants and also political gains. All these half hearted methods will fail. For a great immigrant country like USA, failures are not options. But where is an implementor who can strongly handle these issues ?
