I was a LPR for 7 years through marriage before we decided to move to the UK (my home country) but 15 months later my husband has been unable to find work and we need to return to the US. I abandoned my LPR status and need to reapply for an I-130. Does anyone know if I need to apply for a police record check for the 7 years I lived in the US, or just for the rest of the time since I was 18 (all UK covered by the one police check here.) And if I have to get a criminal/police record check for my time in the US do I apply to the State, County or Town, or all 3?
