Friends,
I have applied for I-140 back in dec 2004 it got denied becaus of ability to pay. I appealed and they send it to AAO and it is there since 2 years .AAO received the appeals in July 2005. There has been some recent LUD but no response. Whenver I call them for status they keep saying it is under review.
Is anbody has got any positive reply from AAO and how long it took them to get the reply.
My labor priority date is Dec 2002 and in Eb3?
Will appreciate a response since will give me an idea or hope ??

Guys .. No approval on appeals ???
My case is stuck with AAO for last 2 years.. and i am sure many of you are waiting from AAO ... Please put in the details of you or somebidy whose case in AAO nad has got approval..
 
called AAO and talk to the customer service lady .. after continuous request she connected me to her supervisor. Supervisor said she will call me back with the infor and she took my phone number. 5 minutes later she called me back an said she talked to the officer assigned to my case and my fie is laying on ger desk (how much dirt the file would have accumulated since its laying on her desk for few months now)...
But she sid the office is busy with the top priority cases for the AAO courts and she will look at my case soon ,, but she didn't gave me a timeline ...
My case is is with AAO over 18 months..
i hope she looks at my file in a good mood...

On 8/23/2007 I got the following message on my I290B(appeals):

"The I290B NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. To receive e-mail updates, follow the link below to register."

My I140 message also changes today after loooong two years ...
