Anybody else in 02-135 in the same boat?

...no reply, no LUD change

What is the turn-around if I contact a congresswoman?
 
I am not in the 135 boat, but I am in an earlier one, 116, and still no 2nd FP, no RFE, nothing!
 
WAC02-12x and no 2nd FP yet. I have not seen anyone
approved without a 2nd FP, so we will be here for a long,
long time.

Because of the abuse by the USCIS and the I-485 process,
I have come to hold deep personal hatred of the US government.
If I don't get an approval within a couple of month, I will probably
leave this country.

Have you called IIO and what did they say about your case? Most of the time they will at least give you some kind of BS reason...

It is very unfaire and disturbing that they shelf the Feb/March cases, and work on Jun/July/Aug cases. If their explanation to senator and congresswoman is truthful, they should not process on ANY newer cases if there are even ONE older case needs their processing. Apparently there are plenty of older cases just sitting there collecting dust.

CSC is emphatically misleading whoever it report to by showing bogus JIT.
